  1. Print Books (The System Guide, The System Workbook):

    • All sales are final. However, if your book arrives damaged or with a major defect, please contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly address and resolve any issues related to damaged or defective items.

  2. eBooks (The System References):

    • All sales are final, no returns or exchanges are permitted.

  3. Merchandise

    • Accessories (Stickers, Bookmarks, and Pins):

      • All sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly address and resolve any issues related to damaged or defective items.

    • Apparel (Adult Pullover):

      • All sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly address and resolve any issues related to damaged or defective items. Items must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition to be considered for exchange.

  4. Services (Virtual Analyses, Automated Bodygraph Analyses):

    • All sales are final. However, if you experience any issues with your analysis or the file download, please reach out to info@theenergence.com.

All items purchased through third-party/social media ‘stores’ or ‘shops’ (e.g. Meta/Instagram Shop, TikTok Shop) follow the above-mentioned policies as well. All items purchased through Apple Books or Google Play Books follow the platform’s respective policies.
